01  Using this website

By using this website you accept these terms. Please use it lawfully, and don't try to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access to it, or use the enquiry form to send spam or harmful content.

02  Enquiries and bookings

This website gives general information about our services. Sending an enquiry doesn't create a contract. A booking only exists once we have both agreed the scope, price and terms in writing, and those terms apply to the work.

03  Copyright in our content

The photographs, text and design on this website are protected by copyright and belong to BE100 or to the clients and other rights holders concerned. You may view them for personal use. You may not copy, download for reuse, edit, republish or use them commercially, including to train software, without written permission.

04  Third-party names and brands

Names of clients, brands, events and people appear only to identify work and remain the property of their owners. Their appearance doesn't mean they endorse us or are affiliated with this website, other than as stated.

05  If you appear in a photograph

If you would like a photograph of you removed, or you believe something here infringes your rights, please follow our removal process and we will act promptly.

06  Accuracy

We work to keep this website accurate and available, but we can't guarantee that it will always be complete, current or free of errors or interruptions. Portfolio images show examples of past work, and results for your project will depend on its brief.

07  Links to other websites

We link to other services such as Instagram and WhatsApp for your convenience. We don't control those services and aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

08  Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for loss arising from your use of this website or your reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or other law that can't be excluded.

09  Your privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information.

10  Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. We may update them from time to time, and the version on this page applies from the date shown.
